TeamSupport is a leading provider of customer support (help desk) software. Established in 2008, we’ve made our mark in the SaaS world as a highly respected and sought after provider for B2B technology companies.

We're growing rapidly and need to expand our sales team! We are looking for a dynamic and hard-working full-time sales executive to join our growing team.

Based in Dallas, TX, the successful candidate for this position will be able to work and thrive in the fast-paced culture of a growing technology company.

The person we’re looking for will have closing experience in a SaaS organization. They are technically savvy and a self-starter, with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and above all, a dedicated work ethic. This individual will work closely with the marketing and sales team.

The Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business through inbound and outbound lead sources. They must convey a sense of expertise of our services and capabilities in our software and the SaaS model, serving as a key communicator to our prospects and customers.

The Account Executive will be accountable for meeting 100% of the monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and sales goals as assigned to you individually. Because you will be in contact with current and prospective customers and you are in a key position to influence their satisfaction and our company prosperity, this position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism.


Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

General and Administrative

Communicate effectively with senior management, the VP of Sales, the other members of the Sales Team, and Operations, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that sales and client objectives are met.

File all reports and other documentation on a timely basis.

Provide timely feedback on all marketing activities.

Follow systems and procedures outlined in the company manuals.

Participate as a key team player by supporting operations as needed.

Maintain all leads, communications and tasks within the company approved CRM.


Sales

Quickly respond to all leads to determine the level of interest and qualify for either further action on the part of the Account Executive or Marketing, whichever is most appropriate.

Once qualified, actively manage sales leads from sources to qualify prospects and advance them through the sales process.

Identify prospects, customers, and referral sources and develop/maintain relationships to ensure attainment of personal and company business goals and revenue targets.

Support efforts to consistently grow the base of referral sources.

Effectively demonstrate the software functions and features of TeamSupport, LLC, using the company approved sales processes on current and prospective customers in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding and delivery of customer needs.

Implement a strategic sales plan that identifies prospects and customers, prioritizes them according to importance and ability to provide results.

Implement a call schedule to adequately cover either assigned territory or assigned leads and provide reports and data on results.

Investigate and resolve customer problems.

Keep current on all new technology and competitive landscape.

Understand and comply with the sales methodology and processes.

Travel as required. (Expectation is 30%)

Location:

This position is in Dallas and the hired candidate will be working from our Dallas office M-F. No relocation assistance is provided. ONLY candidates in the DFW metroplex will be considered.

Requirements

SaaS sales (preferably Enterprise SaaS) experience required.

Experience utilizing a CRM.

Ability to meet and exceed minimum activity-based metrics.

Ability to adapt quickly to change within the industry and TeamSupport as directed by management.

Education at the college level and/or 5 years combined related sales experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills and a sales aptitude.

Ability to identify and meet customers’ needs and requirements.

Must be a self-starter and a problem solver.
