We're growing rapidly, and are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with strong problem solving and communication skills. Most importantly, this person should have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service experiences.


Being a maker of customer support software, we have to provide exceptional customer support. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to interact and help many different types of technology companies with their TeamSupport accounts. You'll help customers understand the software, in addition to answering their questions and technical challenges. You'll also offer best practice advice and ensure they feel valued and appreciated in every interaction you have with them.
